API for Hermes

This notice covers the owner-operated Google integration named API for Hermes and its informational website. It does not describe all installations of Hermes Agent, and it is not a privacy policy issued by Google or Nous Research.
The integration is operated for the owner’s personal use. It helps with authorized tasks such as organizing work, maintaining schedules and task lists, handling documents and spreadsheets, and preparing summaries. It is not offered as a public multi-user service.

Access depends on the OAuth permissions granted by the account holder. Supported data categories include:
Some granted permissions allow creating, changing, sending or deleting supported resources, not only reading them. Actions are governed by the owner’s requests and configured workflow authorizations. Google shows the requested permissions during authorization.
The local installation stores OAuth credentials and access/refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection. This website has no Google login form and does not ask visitors to submit Google passwords or tokens.
Information is used to carry out owner-authorized assistance and automation. Relevant Google content may be included in assistant conversations, tool results and prompts sent to the external AI provider selected for the installation. The amount of information sent depends on the task and the enabled tools.
Configured workflows may send selected summaries, reports or images to the owner’s chosen Telegram destination. Those outputs can contain information derived from Google data. AI processing and Telegram delivery mean that information is not necessarily confined to the owner’s computer and Google.
The AI provider and Telegram process the data they receive under their applicable terms, privacy policies and account settings. This notice does not promise zero retention by external providers. Changes to a provider or workflow can change the recipients of information.
Google data is not sold or used by this integration for advertising. This integration does not operate its own model-training pipeline. It is intended to use data only for the owner-authorized functions described here.
The public website contains only app documentation and contact information. It does not publish the owner’s Google content, account tokens, local working files or assistant conversation history. Making the OAuth app available for authorization does not grant visitors access to the owner’s account.
Google source records remain in the relevant Google services unless changed or deleted through an authorized action. The assistant installation may retain copies in local conversation history, logs, notes, reports, working files and user-managed backups. There is no single automatic deletion period covering all these locations; copies may remain until the owner removes them or the relevant retention mechanism applies.
Reports delivered to Telegram remain subject to the destination’s access and deletion settings. External AI provider retention depends on the provider and account settings. Deleting an original Google record or disconnecting Google does not automatically erase copies already saved locally or sent to another provider.
For questions or deletion requests concerning copies controlled by the operator, contact the address below. Copies held by Google, an AI provider or Telegram may also require the account holder to use that provider’s controls.
The account holder can review and revoke access through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future Google access through that grant; it does not automatically delete previously retained information.
The operator is responsible for protecting the device, account and token files, reviewing granted permissions, and choosing appropriate access and retention settings for external destinations. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or authorization codes to the contact email.
The website files contain no sign-in form, analytics script, advertising tracker or external font. They do not set application cookies or use browser local storage. The hosting provider may process network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the website, under its own policies. Emailing the operator uses your chosen email service.
This notice may be updated when the integration or its data handling changes. The date at the top identifies the latest published revision.
